 Matt Sayers Congratulations Matt Sayers - NHRR Squirrel of the Month for January 2019
There were so many great performances over the Cross Country season making it a difficult choice for 2019's first Squirrel of the Month Award. But there can only be one (usually) winner and Matt has shown real commitment to the club, and to his training. He not only scored in every one of the 3CXC races but he ran the last race in Wootton the day after he competed in the Southerns XC at Parliament Hill which is possible the hardest XC race ever! He contributed to the teams overall win of the league, and won the individual MV40 catergory. Matt also performed well at the Herts county XC and won selection for the inter counties XC.
