North Herts Road Runners are committed to putting on the best and safest race we can. You will get a times and measured course, a fully closed road, professional marshalling by our club members(who also make an excellent cheer squad), on-course entertainment, great facilities and food and drink stalls at Standalone Farm with easy access and plenty of parking.
In partnership with the Heritage Foundation, we want to make this year's race the greenest Standalone 10k event ever. So let's reduce the impact on the environment together by walking or cycling to the race on Standalone Farm.

“Standalone 10k is a local race organised by a local running club for the last 37 years. Everyone in the club involved in the event gives their time for free. We do this to reduce the costs, give back to the local community and because we really enjoy it.
This allows us to use the profit from the race to provide excellent affordable running for all, to donate to our club charity and subsidise club events from health and wellbeing walks to cross country.
We hope to see you all at the race on October 6th. Spread the word to your family and friends. It would be great to see them there too."
