 Adam Bowller Congratulations Adam Bowller - NHRR Squirrel of the Month for August 2018
Adam was nominated Squirrel of the Month for his outstanding achievement of three PBs over three different distances in August for 10k (34:21), 5m (27:28) and 5k (16:15). Earlier this year Adam ran one of the fastest marathons in the club for a few years, breaking the V35 club marathon record with a stunning 2:38. He has also been an integral part of the NHRR National Master Relay Squad, cross country and midweek league teams. The recent new father has to do a lot of his training by himself to fit with his family responsibilities but can be seen clocking up the miles on Strava with his newest training partner completing 'buggy runs'.
