Our Qualified Coaches (CIRF and LIRF) are committed to helping you get the best out of yourselves whilst having fun doing it. We operate a continuous program of varied training sessions incorporating the latest coaching techniques to up your performance and improve your running technique and efficiency. Training Groups
There are four training groups, separated into colours, below is a rough guide to which of our training groups might be most suitable for you, but on your first visit introduce yourself to one of our club coaches and have a chat and we can point you in the right direction.
If you are a complete beginner, we periodically run our own starter classes or you could try the NHS couch to 5k to get you started.
Blue Group under around 42 minutes for a 10km. Yellow Group 10k at around 60 minutes or more. |
Green Group 10K in 42 minutes to 55 minutes. Purple Group For people who are able to run for around 30 minutes non-stop or who have completed the NHS couch to 5k. |
