The Greenway Challenge 2025

Entry fee is £20. You will receive a £2 discount if you are affiliated to England Athletics and provide your URN,
if you wish to make an additional donation to our
charity this is also available when you purchase your ticket.

Welcome to The Greenway Challenge, approximately 13 miles runs around the Garden City Greenway in a clockwise direction starting from Standalone Farm in Letchworth Garden City.
This is a self-guided run around the beautiful greenway trail starting and finishing at standalone farm. Links to a map, instructions and a .gpx file are further down this page.
This event is a run not a race as there are road crossings, to assist there will be safety marshals at road crossings but they will not be able to stop the traffic for you, please remember you are responsible for your own safety.

Please note that there is a time limit of 3 hours at which point our marshals will stand down.
This year all finishers will receive a wooden medal from a Garden City company with refreshments and cake available at the finish. A donation will be made to the current North Herts Road Runners club charity, Headway Herts
