NHRR Standalone 10k team selection

​NHRR organise the Standalone 10k every year. In order to put on a quality, safe race, we need over 100 NHRR members to volunteer to help out on the day.  We also choose a small number of NHRR members to represent NHRR in the team event, the teams are chosen by the Men's and Ladies captains and the criteria are outlined below:

• Members eligible for selection will have to be club members for minimum of 4 months
• The team will be picked and announced in July, after the MWL races, giving the individuals ~10 weeks to prepare for the race
• All team members are expected to contribute to the organisation of the race (note: in 2020 we will open it to the team to choose how they want to contribute)
• The team will be picked on current form and the fastest 6-8 will be picked (note: 6 will be picked for the fastest team but a further 2 may be picked if they are contributing to a vets team score or are potential age category winners)
