 James Walsh Congratulations to James Walsh - NHRR Squirrel of the Month August 2017
James received this award for all his hard work organising the 10-week couch-to-5-k (C25K) course which accumulated with 30 beginners completing the September first Saturday of the month race. Apart from organising all the helpers and session, his weekly motivating emails to the beginners and adding tips and trick for those new to running were well received. Thanks James and all the members who gave up their time to make this happen.
