Completed the Exeter community Santa 5k event in the city centre this morning on a very mild December day. My finishing time was 22:24.

A handful of Squirrels headed in to London to join almost 300 masters athletes for the British Masters 5k Road Championships in a drizzly Battersea Park. Andrew Leach won gold in the M60 category and Rob Jowett, Shahab Ahmad and Matt Sayers won silver as a M35 - 44 team.
