Exeter Excellence: Another 10k Triumph Elwyn Howell braved warm and humid conditions to complete the Exeter Riverside 10K on Friday evening. He finished in 46:30, securing 1st place in his age category and 55th overall out of 355 runners. Elwyn's resilience and determination on a tough evening by the estuary are, as always, highly commendable. Bev's Buckinghamshire Quest Parkrun enthusiast Bev Rimmer took on the Bury Field Parkrun in Buckinghamshire, a cross-country one-lapper with narrow paths flanked by long grass. Despite battling cramps, Bev completed the run in 30:28. She humorously recounted the challenge of overtaking and described the picturesque morning scenery. Bev also highlighted her ongoing quest to complete all Parkruns in the Beds and Bucks Parkrun Challenge, detailing the events in each area for those looking to do the same: Parkrun Roundup Our squirrels were out in force across various ParkRun events.
