Training tips and schedules from the NHRR coaches
Training is split into two groups; the Blue Group and the Green Group. Members of the Blue Group should be running under 42 minutes for a 10km; members of the Green Group will be running 10km in 42 minutes or more. The Yellow Group is for those new to running.
